That’s a very cool thing to want to do. Every area needs a good car wash! Managing a car wash isn’t easy, but here are some helpful tips and tricks:
- Check equipment regularly. You’ll want to do this hourly as well as bigger checks weekly.
- Set standards for wash quality and stick to it.
- Watch your use of chemical cleaners and solvents.
- Keep everything as clean as possible.
- Take advantage of bad weather days to do jobs you wouldn’t have time for on a busy day.
