How do you make your car shine without wax?

I drive a pretty old car but since it’s a higher trim, it has a lot of great features. It’s nearing the end of its life and I’m shopping for a new-to-me replacement. I’ve always loved the look of the Jeep Patriot and the 2016 models seem to be in my price range, but I’m wondering if they come with tech features like Bluetooth.

My mother is turning 80 next month. While she’s still with it physically and mentally, her vision has declined in the past few years. I want to make sure she’s safe, but I don’t want her to lose her driving privileges. Do states make you retake a driving test at 80?

I'm making less money than I used to and I want to save wherever I can. Is refinancing my car loan an option?
