How do you make a working car in Minecraft?
I’ve watched a few players on Twitch create a working car for Minecraft, but I can’t figure out how to do it on my own. What do I do to make a working car when I’m playing Minecraft?

A working car on Minecraft? You may have thought it was impossible, but it’s actually a really awesome feature. To make a working car in Minecraft, start by collecting the materials you’ll need:
- Two sticky pistons
- Two observers
- Nine slime blocks
- Four black wool blocks
- One cobblestone block
- Flint and steel
Once you’ve gathered the supplies, follow these instructions to make a working car in Minecraft:
- Take the black wool blocks and put them at the corners of a 3x3 area. These will act as the wheels.
- Choose the front and the back of the car. Place slime blocks on all four black wool blocks.
- Then, put slime blocks toward the back of the car on each side (it will be floating) and place slime blocks on top of that on each side. If done properly, this should look like an L-shape.
- On the front, connect the slime blocks with a third slime block. Then, place a slime block in the dead center.
- Put an observer on top of the middle slime block. Make sure it’s facing downward.
- Put an observer at the rear of the car in between the two highest slime blocks. Then, place one slime block below it.
- Put a sticky piston that faces forward on the level lower than the observers.
- Place another sticky piston between slime blocks on the left or right side of the car. Make sure this one faces backward.
- Take out your flint and steel, aim it at the observer, and the car is ready to roll!
