How do you keep your car seat covers from sliding?
My seat covers won’t stop sliding on longer trips. It’s super annoying when I have to drive long distances and constantly adjust. How can I stop my car seat covers from sliding?

As great as seat covers can be, this is their one downfall! To fix loose covers and make sure they slide less, you’re going to want to tighten the top near your headrest. You may need to add an extra tie or cable to do so.
Another option is to add a shelf liner or non-slip mat to the bottom of your seat. Since this material is grippy and designed to stop sliding, it should hold onto the seat cover and prevent it from constantly slipping.
If that still doesn’t solve the problem, you can try to tighten the middle of the seat cover. The best way to do this is to cut a small hole on each side of the seat cover. You can attach a tie or cable through this hole.
Oftentimes, it may be easier to re-measure your seats and try to purchase a smaller cover. Typically seat covers slide due to excess fabric, meaning they’re too large for the seat.
