Getting car insurance in GTA 5 is surprisingly easy, so don’t stress if you don’t know how to do it right off the bat. To learn how to get insurance on your car in GTA 5, follow these simple steps:
- Hop in the car you want to insure.
- Find a Los Santos Customs location denoted by a spray paint can icon. There are four on the map throughout Los Santos.
- Drive to the Los Santos Customs location and into the garage.
- Select Loss/Theft Prevention from the menu.
- Pay the appropriate fee and you’re insured!
