How do you connect Bluetooth to a Mercedes GLA 250?

After decades of working, I’m finally rewarding myself with retirement and a brand-new Mercedes. I want to call up my partner while I’m driving home to surprise them. How do you connect Bluetooth to a Mercedes GLA 250?

A brand-new Mercedes is an excellent reward for all your hard work! And what better way to introduce your luxury vehicle to your partner than with a Bluetooth call on your way home—here’s how to connect Bluetooth to a brand-new
Mercedes GLA 250
:
  • On your phone, make sure Bluetooth is activated
  • Select the home icon at the top left of your Mercedes’ infotainment touchscreen, then select “Phone”
  • Look for and select the icon that appears like two phones under “Phone”, then select “Connect New Device”
  • Your phone’s detectable name should appear—select it to connect
  • On your phone, a pairing request will appear with a passcode. Make sure it matches the passcode displayed on your Mercedes’ touchscreen, then hit “Pair”
  • You can then choose to share contacts with your Mercedes from your phone
And with that, you’re officially connected! To make that call to your partner, either use voice commands to call the contact or use your touchscreen to enter the “Phone” menu again and dial them directly.
After you’ve made your grand entrance in your GLA 250, your phone will then pair automatically anytime you enter your car—so you’ll be free to make as many “I’m in my Mercedes” calls as you’d like!
