How do you check your driving record in Kentucky?

Checking your driving record is a good step to understanding your insurance rates. You can check your driving record in Kentucky in several ways: online, by mail, or in person at the DMV. Here’s how to do it:
- Online: To get your driving record online, go to the official Kentucky driver services website. You’ll have to pay a fee of $5.50 which is payable by credit card, and you should get the driving record delivered to your email within minutes.
- By mail: Print off a TC 94-195 form from the official Kentucky transportation website. Fill it out and mail it to:

- In person: Book an appointment at your local Driver Licensing Regional Office. Pay the $3 fee, and the clerk should give you the driving record.
