How am I supposed to change the rear wiper blades on my 2014 Ford Escape? I’ve changed the front wipers before but never the back—so I’m not sure if the process is different.

Knowing how to change your wiper blades is an essential skill for any responsible car owner, so it’s great that you’re taking steps to learn! You can follow these steps to change the rear wiper blade on a 2014 Ford Escape:
- First, make sure that you purchase an 11-inch rear blade to replace the old one.
- Lift the blade away from the rear window and place a sheet of cardboard between the blade and the window to protect the glass.
- Then, squeeze the middle of the assembly where the blade meets the stalk to find the hook.
- Unhook the old blade from your car.
- Slide the new blade into the stalk until you hear a click.
