How do you avoid the glare from oncoming headlights?

Night driving definitely comes with its own challenges—getting blinded by headlights is unfortunately one of them. To avoid the glare from oncoming headlights, here are some tips:
- Look to the white line on the right of the road—tracking your route with this line rather than the line on the left can help keep your eyes away from headlights coming toward you
- Wear polarized lenses or night vision glasses—they may not be stylish, but it’s worth clear vision on the road
- Clean your windshield—sometimes the glare is enhanced by streaks and dirt on the windshield glass, cleaning it can help alleviate the problem
- Adjust your mirrors—if the oncoming headlights are glaring up your mirrors, you can set your rearview to night mode in some cars and move your other mirrors as needed
