I was driving behind a self-driving car the other day and was wondering how a self-driving car navigates the road?

Self-driving cars are fun to watch! They feature amazing sensor technology which helps them to navigate traffic and road conditions. These sensors also create and maintain a map of the vehicle’s surroundings to help the computer system make driving decisions.
More specifically, a self-driving car is able to navigate due to the following:
