Follow these steps:
Turn off the road, park your Mazda and turn it off. Turn the vehicle back on to restart Mazda Connect. This may be able to fix the issue, but if not, proceed to the following steps
Make a call to the Mazda Bluetooth Hands-Free Customer Service line at 1-800-430-0153
Check your Mazda Connect software version by going to Settings>System>About>Software Version
If the software version is 59.00.502 or lower, bring your Mazda to the nearest dealership for an update
