How do I stop car insurance calls?

I seem to get a robocall daily. A lot of them are for car insurance or warning me about my auto warranty. I’m pretty sure these are scams, so how do I put a stop to this?

Unfortunately, you’re not alone in this. There have been a lot more robocalls in the USA lately. The good news is there are a couple of things you can do to stop unwanted calls.
A good first step would be to change the settings on your phone.
If you have an iPhone, you can go to “Settings” and “Silence unknown callers”. You may still get a voicemail from these callers, but this will make any call from an unknown number go straight to voicemail.
If you have an Android, go to your settings and click on “Block numbers”. From there you can block all unknown callers.
If you keep getting calls, which sadly you probably will unless you block all of them, file a complaint with the FCC or Federal Trade Commission.
If you have any questions about your insurance, you can always contact our trained customer service team on the
Jerry
app. You choose whether we’ll call or text you and it’s never a robocall. Jerry is always here to answer your questions and help make sure you’re getting the best deals you can.
