Honda Homelink is an easy and convenient way to open and close your garage door! To set up the Honda Homelink, follow this step-by-step guide.
- Get in your vehicle and turn it on, but don’t start the ignition. Make sure your car is parked in the driveway, facing the garage.
- Locate where your Honda Homelink buttons are in the vehicle. Depending on the model and year, you can find the buttons in one of three different areas: your overhead console, the driver seat visor, or the rearview mirror.
- Notice the three buttons for the Homelink feature. We will be programming the first button.
- Take your handheld remote control for the garage door. Hold it roughly three inches away from the first button.
- At the same time, press the first button on the Homelink.
- . Wait for the Homelink light indicator to flash rapidly or turn a solid light. Your Homelink is programmed.
Now, to open and close your garage door, you can press the first Homelink button.
