How do I rent a car without insurance?

I want to buy an SUV that’s really strong in case I need to tow something. The Acura MDX looks like it has a decent towing capacity. How much can it pull?

I have the option of choosing either uninsured motorist property damage or collision coverage. My collision deductible would be $1,000. My uninsured motorist property damage would have a deductible, but it would be capped at $3,500. What would be better to add?

I am selling my car and let someone take it for a test drive. Long story short, the lady totaled my car and two other vehicles and knocked over a telephone pole. Who is going to pay for all of this? I only have minimum liability coverage on the car.
