How do I remove sap from my car paint?
I parked my car under a pine tree for a couple days, and it's covered in sap. How do I get the sap off of the paint?

That sounds like a sticky situation! Removing sap from your car takes some effort, but it’s doable.
One way to
remove sticky substances
from your car’s paint job is by using acetone, otherwise known as nail polish remover. The acetone will break down the sticky sap, but it can also break down your car paint, so be sure to use the product sparingly.To apply, simply soak a cotton ball and rub at the sap gently. Then rinse the area with water as soon as you’re done to prevent any damage to your paint job.
