Unfortunately, oil is a very difficult material to clean up. You could take your car to a professional cleaner or try to clean the stains yourself with one of the following methods:
Apply an oil stain remover to the affected spots.
Gently apply a soft leather cleaner to the area. You’ll probably have to do this more than once since the oil will have soaked deep into the leather. You’ll make the spot go away for a while, but it’ll show up again over time.
Mix one tablespoon of dish soap with one cup of water. Use a sponge to carefully wipe at the stains. Thoroughly wipe away any soap residue with a moist cloth.
