How do I remove moisture from my car's air conditioning?
I have some moisture in my air conditioning system (I have an older car, so that might be part of the problem). What do I need to do?

If you’re worried about your AC, it might be a good idea to take it to the mechanic. Moisture in your air conditioner means you’ll need to evacuate the system for about 30 minutes before recharging the system with:
- Refrigerant
- Oil
- Ultraviolet dye (for leak detection).
The equipment required to do this on your own could cost anywhere from $120 to $200, while the average mechanic will charge around $160 to do the procedure.
