How do I put an Infiniti QX50 in neutral for a 2021 model?
The battery on my Infiniti QX50 is either dead or needs a charge. Unfortunately, it’s positioned in my garage where I can’t readily jump-start it. I see the neutral gear by the stick shift, but I have no idea how to shift into it. Is there a way to put the 2021 Infiniti QX50 in neutral?

Putting your Infiniti QX50 into neutral for a 2021 model with a dead battery is surprisingly simple. To shift into neutral, follow these steps:
- Hop into the driver’s seat.
- Put your foot on the brake.
- Press the push-button ignition to turn on the car.
- Grab the stick shift.
- Rather than pulling it all the way back to put it in drive, gently pull until you see the N illuminated next to the stick shift.
- That’s it!
