How do I open the gas tank on a Honda Odyssey from 2022?
I just added another kid to my family, so I needed to upsize to something a bit bigger. That’s why I bought a 2022 Honda Odyssey. However, I have a rather embarrassing confession. What do I need to do to open the gas tank door?

2022 Honda Odyssey gas tank
doesn’t use any interior buttons or latches. To open the gas tank on a Honda Odyssey from 2022, follow these steps:
- Turn off the car.
- Unlock all the doors.
- Exit the vehicle.
- Find the gas fuel filler door on the driver’s side of the vehicle.
- Push firmly on the right-hand side of the gas tank filler door. This spring-loaded mechanism will pop the door open.
- Press on the same spot to close the door once you’re done refueling.
