How do I open the gas tank on a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan?
I just bought a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan. I’ve only driven it for a week, but I’m ready to refill the tank. The only issue is that the car didn’t come with an owner’s manual and I don’t know how to open the tank! What do I need to do?

, follow these instructions:- Shut off the engine.
- Make sure the doors are unlocked by pressing the lock button in the car or using the key fob.
- Locate the fuel filler door at the rear passenger’s side of the vehicle.
- Press the upper left-hand corner of the fuel filler door and it will open.
- Push the door closed and it should lock in place.
