How do I open the gas tank on a 2004 Infiniti FX35?
I have a 2004 Infiniti FX35 that I just bought on the cheap from my aunt. Everything drives fine, but I have one serious issue—I have no idea how to fill the tank! How do I open the fuel tank door on a 2004 FX35?

The Infiniti FX35 has no switches, levers, or buttons to release the gas tank, so it’s a bit of a conundrum for first-time drivers—but don’t stress! To open the gas tank on a 2004 Infiniti FX35, make sure your car is unlocked. Then, go to the gas tank on the passenger’s side and push firmly on the left-hand side of the fuel filler door. It should pop right open!
The fuel filler door on the FX35 is spring-loaded, so when you push on it, the mechanism should unlock the door. When you’re done refueling, push on the tank door the same way to close it.
