Yes, it’s possible to overinflate your tires. Fortunately, you can easily remedy this issue in a few simple steps:
Locate the valve stem—which protrudes from the tire—on the tire you want to deflate.
Remove the stem cap by twisting counterclockwise. You should see a metal pin inside the stem.
Using a flat head screwdriver push down on top of this metal pin. The tire will begin to let air out. If you do not have a screwdriver, any other hard tool that can fit inside the stem will work.
Continue to press down the metal pin until you’ve released the desired amount of air from your tire.
