You cannot get a driving record expunged in Florida; however, you may be able to prevent a ticket from going on your record with a ticket deferral. If granted the option for ticket deferral by the court, you will be obligated to keep your record clean during a specified deferral period in order for the traffic violation in question to be dismissed.
If you are looking to get out of paying a ticket, there are some instances in Florida where you can take a defensive driving course to dismiss a ticket. Note that this does not apply to more serious moving violations like a DUI.
