How do I get my driving license back after illness?

I live in California and I had my license revoked last year due to some medical complications that I was going through. I’ve since resolved the issue, but I’m not sure how to get my license back. What do I need to do?

I’m glad to hear that you’re doing better! In order to get back your
suspended driving license
after an illness, you’ll need to set up a hearing with the California DMV to prove that you can drive safely.
At the hearing, you’ll undergo a physical and mental examination to make sure that you’re capable of driving a car safely and effectively. If you pass the examination, your license will be reinstated.
You’ll probably also need to find a new insurance policy. Check out the
