How do I get insurance with USAA?

I was in a mild accident today. For the most part, my car is fine. But it’s going to need a new bumper, and my insurance doesn't cover it. How much does a new 2015 Chevy Cruze front bumper cost?

I was a huge fan of the Nissan Juke, but mine was totaled in an accident. I was sad to find out that it’s no longer made.
