How do I delete a Bluetooth device from a Honda Odyssey 2020?

My family is on the first leg of a lengthy road trip, and we rented a 2020 Honda Odyssey for the trek. Every time we make a stop, though, I have to go select my phone to pair with Bluetooth when I start the car. Needless to say, it’s really annoying. How do I remove all the other phones paired so mine is the default?

Whether you’re creating the most epic
road trip playlist
of all time or you’re more of an audiobook type of family, Bluetooth technology is a great way to customize your
road trip
driving experience.
However, having to manually pair your phone with the vehicle every time you start can take some of the fun out of the experience. Fortunately, fixing this is an easy process—and you don’t need to be a tech wizard to do it! Here’s how to delete a Bluetooth device from a
Honda Odyssey
2020:
  1. Select Phone from your infotainment system Options menu.
  2. Navigate to Phone Setup, then to Bluetooth Setup.
  3. Scroll to select Delete Device.
  4. Find the phone you want to remove from the list, then select it.
  5. When you see the confirmation, select yes to delete the device.
That’s all! Now you can set up your own phone with Bluetooth so it automatically connects when you start your Odyssey, and you can get back to jamming out and
driving safely
while you do it!
