How do I delete a Bluetooth device from a Honda HR-V from 2019?

I recently bought a 2019 Honda HR-V used. I was trying to pair my phone to Bluetooth, but it looks like the old owners left their phones listed. How do I delete them from my HR-V?

  • Select the Phone icon on your Honda’s multimedia screen.
  • Then go to Phone Setup.
  • Choose Bluetooth Setup.
  • Scroll through the list until you reach Delete Device.
  • Choose the device you want to remove from your Honda.
  • Confirm that you want to delete this device by selecting Yes.
