“The easiest way to clean car rims is to rinse them off, then spray or rub on a specialized wheel-cleaning product.
To clean rims effectively, you should:
- Make sure the rims are cool to the touch.
- Hose them down.
- Use a specialized exterior car cleaner and scrub the rims with a rag, sponge, or soft-bristle wheel brush.
- Rinse them off.
- Dry them and add a rim protectant or wax to add a bit of extra luster.
