How do I change windshield wipers on a 2014 Nissan Altima?
Hi! My parents asked me to change the wipers on their car, but I can’t figure it out. So, how do I change the windshield wipers on a 2014 Nissan Altima?
Prepare the wipers: Start on the vehicle’s driver’s side and find the tiny clip that holds the wipers in place. Push that blade up towards the arm, then push the edge backward.
Disconnect the old blade: Once the blade is free from the hook, push it a few inches down the arm to disconnect it. When you can fully see the hook, the blade is free, and you can remove it.
Attach the new blade: Line up the new blade so the hook points toward the wiper attachment, then pull the edge toward the end of the arm. You’ll hear it click in place when it’s attached.
Repeat the process on the other side of the vehicle, and then you’re done!
It’s a pretty easy process, but if you need more help, you can find dozens of how-to videos on YouTube. Best of luck on your repairs!
