How do bailiffs find your car?
I was watching a British TV show the other night, and one of the main characters had a bailiff out looking for his car because of debts he owed. Can this happen in the US, and even if it can’t, how do these guys find the cars they’re looking for?

We don’t have bailiffs in the US, but we do have collections agencies.
