However, they are highly unlikely to do so unless you have a good reason for asking (e.g., you were involved in a hit and run accident) and you can show them an incident report as proof.
Asking your local DMV. You can request information about another driver’s insurance at the DMV. However, the same thing applies. Your request will be denied unless you can provide a good reason for it, along with evidence.
