How can I upload proof of car insurance to Grubhub?
I'm trying to start driving for Grubhub. They only allow me to upload one page for proof of insurance. My car insurance policy and ID card are on two separate pages. What should I do?

It counts as proof of insurance since it lists the policy number, effective dates of coverage, policy owner’s name, any additional drivers, the vehicles covered, and the amount of coverage afforded.
If you aren’t able to find your policy’s declaration page, you can also reach out to your insurance carrier for proof of insurance. They should be able to provide you with a similar document detailing all the necessary information.“
