How can I turn on the rear AC on a 2017 Ford Expedition?
I got a great deal on a 2017 Ford Expedition and I love it so far! The one thing that’s bothering me is that I don’t know how all the controls work. What’s the best way for me to turn on the rear AC in my 2017 Ford Expedition?

The rear AC in the 2017 Ford Expeditions is notoriously unintuitive. But try not to worry! Once you learn how to use it, you’ll never forget it. You can control the rear AC with the Ford Sync system by:
- Pressing the Sync touch screen,
- selecting climate in the lower left-hand corner, and
- pressing the rear option on the same screen.
From there, you should see the rear climate control panel—which allows you to control the air-power, speed, and temperature. Once you turn on the rear ac, passengers in the back will also be able to control the settings.
