How can I turn off the lane assist on my BMW?

I recently purchased a BMW 3 Series. I’m having trouble getting used to the lane assist feature. Is there any way I can turn it off for a while?

Congratulations on the new car! Getting used to a new vehicle always takes some time, so don’t worry if you don’t have the hang of everything just yet. To turn off the lane assist in your

, follow these simple steps:

Select Settings then Driver Assistance.

From this point, select Safety and Warnings and Lane Change Warning.

You should now be able to choose between Early, Medium, Late, or Off.

Select Off to disable your lane assist.

Now that you have successfully turned off your BMW’s lane assist feature, you can drive a little easier. But before you get back on the road, be sure to check out the
