by following these steps:- Pull the interior hood latch: The latch is located to the lower left of the steering wheel. Once it is pulled, the hood will pop up slightly
- Pull the auxiliary catch lever: The lever is located just under the hood. Push up
- Push the hood up: Push the hood straight up until it holds in place
