If you have cloth seats, you can patch the seat using upholstery stuffing. You can do this by:
  • Filling the seat and hole with upholstery stuffing.
  • Sewing the hole closed. If the original upholstery fabric doesn’t reach across the gap, visit a craft or fabric store to find something similar to your car’s seat.
While this may not provide a permanent solution, with the addition of some proper seat covers, your seat should look as good as new.
