How bad is traffic on Interstate 75?
Does Interstate 75 have a lot of delays due to traffic? I’m taking a road trip that will take me on 75 and I’m trying to gauge the best time of day to travel.

There are also construction zones on some parts of I-75 that may cause delays. Check construction zones online before you head out to make sure you won’t get stuck!
If you’re able to avoid construction zones and traveling during rush hour, I-75 traffic isn’t that bad. The interstate does see a lot of commuters, but it’s also designed to handle heavy traffic. Just try to take breaks during rush hour if you want to avoid sitting in traffic!
