Are there any times of day to avoid when traveling via Interstate 64? I’ve never driven on I-64 before, but I really hate sitting in traffic and I try to avoid it at all costs!

Generally speaking, traffic on Interstate 64 is usually pretty light. However, there are definitely some times of day to avoid this highway:
7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
4:00 PM to 6:30 PM
