Does the Hyundai warranty cover paint chips?
I have a fairly new Hyundai vehicle that’s still under warranty. When I was getting into my car the other day, I noticed three sizable paint chips on the hood but I’m not sure if I’ll have to pay to repair them or not. Will the Hyundai warranty cover paint chips?

offers a three-year, 36,000-mile paint warranty, this warranty will not cover paint chips. Paint chips are considered normal wear and tear on a car, not a manufacturer’s defect.
