Does the Ford Maverick have cruise control?
I want a small pickup truck for light-duty work and the Ford Maverick has a great price. But does the Ford Maverick also have cruise control?

Not much information is available yet for the 2023 model, but we can tell you that in 2022, the base-level Ford Maverick does not have cruise control. You can’t even opt to have cruise control installed by Ford if you select the XL trim.
However, you can get regular cruise control on the two higher trims or adaptive cruise control if you get the right model and package combination.
Here’s how to get a new Ford Maverick with cruise control:
- Purchase the higher-priced Maverick XLT or Lariat. These models come with included regular cruise control.
- Purchase the Lariat along with the Lariat Luxury Package. It costs an extra $3,750, but it’s the only way to get Ford-installed adaptive cruise control on a Maverick.
At least for the 2022 model year, the XLT Luxury Package does not include adaptive cruise control.
