Does the 2016 Cadillac SRX have a spare tire?

I’ve been driving my 2016 Cadillac SRX for a few years now and just realized that I have no idea where my spare tire is. Does it even have one?

You have such a cool car! However, the 2016 Cadillac SRX does not have a spare tire.

In fact, none of Cadillac’s contemporary models come standard with a spare tire. Instead, they feature a tire inflation kit with tire sealant and a small air compressor.

That being said, you can purchase a spare tire storage/carrying case as an accessory from Cadillac or as an aftermarket part online. Keep in mind, spare tires should not be used for more than 70 miles or at speeds higher than 50 mph.
