Congrats on the new-to-you car! Unfortunately, the 2010 Audi Q5 didn’t come standard with Bluetooth.
However, the vehicle does have an auxiliary audio input that you might be able to use. Or, if you prefer the wireless convenience of Bluetooth, there are plenty of aftermarket adapters, replacement car radios, and other tools on the market that you can consider to get the Bluetooth capabilities you’re looking for.
