Subaru’s Added Security Classic extended warranty covers eight years/120,000 miles or up to 10 years/100,000 miles. This warranty covers most major components, including:
- Engine
- Transmission
- Drivetrain (AWD)
- Towing
- Car rental
Subaru’s Added Security Gold Plus extended warranty enhances the limited warranty by paying for OEM Subaru parts and labor on most repairs after the warranty expires, as well as providing immediate benefits not covered under a standard warranty.
The Gold Plus plan’s term lengths are 8 years/120,000 miles or 10 years/100,000 miles and covers mechanical breakdown issues covered under the Classic extended warranty, plus:
- Air conditioning
- Electrical
- Steering
- Front suspension
- Brakes
