Does Rent Include HOA Fees?
I’m moving into a condo that’s part of an HOA—which I’ve never done before. However, no one has mentioned how/when I should pay my HOA fees. Is that just included in my rent payments?

Your rent may or may not include your HOA fees—it depends on the terms of your HOA agreement and your lease for the condo. Some landlords will include the cost of your HOA fees in your monthly rent, while others will have you simply pay the fees directly to the HOA.
