Does RAM offer an extended warranty?
I’m a thrifty buyer and one who usually drives cars until they absolutely fall apart. As such, my old truck is about dead, so I’m looking at a new RAM truck. I just want to make sure that I can buy an extended warranty to cover my truck for as long as possible—can I get an extended warranty from RAM?

RAM
offers an extended warranty so you don’t have to go to an unreliable or shady third-party company to buy one. There are two types of RAM extended warranties:- MVP Maximum Care Plus: Lasts up to eight years or 150,000 miles, whichever comes first, and covers all components except those explicitly listed in the warranty contract
- Maximum Care: Five years or unlimited miles and covers all components except those explicitly listed in the warranty contract
These extended warranties also have available deductibles of $0, $100, or $200. The extended warranty also kicks in upon the expiration of the factory warranties—a three-year, 36,000-mile basic warranty and a five-year, 60,000-mile powertrain warranty (gas engine) or five-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty (diesel engine).
