I live in Los Angeles, but I’ve always wanted to see the Big Apple. Instead of flying, I thought I’d drive for an epic road trip experience. What’s the best way to get from Los Angeles to New York?

If I get a ticket while driving through Florida, will it show up on my driving record in my home state, too? I’m trying to decide if it’s worth being one of the drivers for my spring break trip with my friends.
