Does Iceland have electric cars?

I have a 2010 Kia Forte that’s been a great ride for years. However, it recently started having this weird ticking noise, and I’m not sure where to start my investigation. What’s a normal cause for a 2010 Forte ticking noise?

A few weeks ago, I bought a new car. I’m really loving it for the most part, but the downside is how noisy it is, especially on the highway. You have to crank the radio to not hear the road. I was wondering if you could tell me about sound-deadening car doors and what materials I’d need to do it.
