Sorry to hear you’re having problems with your Hyundai! You’ll be pleased to know that Hyundai does have a paint warranty. Here’s what it entails:

3-year/36,000-mile warranty that covers discoloration and fading due to manufacturing defects.

Since your car is only a couple of years old, you should still be covered by the vehicle’s paint warranty! Just keep in mind that Hyundai’s paint warranty does not cover chips, scratches, or cosmetic damage. It also doesn’t include coverage for any surface rust, so if you see rust spots, you’re out of luck.
