Does Hyundai have a lifetime warranty on engines?

I was talking to an acquaintance at the bar because we’re both car enthusiasts. However, I’m a bit skeptical when he told me that Hyundai has a lifetime warranty on all of its engines. Is this true, or is he mistaken about this warranty?

In a perfect world,
Hyundai
would have a lifetime warranty on its engines, but that’s not the case. However, Hyundai has one of the most generous powertrain warranties, offering new buyers up to 10 years and 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty covers the engine, transmission, drivetrain, and other components.
With this warranty, Hyundai has the best warranty in America, eclipsing nearly every other car manufacturer in the industry. Plus, it also comes with a six-year, 50,000-mile basic warranty, which acts like a bumper-to-bumper warranty, covering nearly every part of the car, provided the condition isn’t due to wear and tear or routine maintenance.
While the Hyundai warranty program is one of the best out there, don’t forget to add a quality car insurance policy. That’s when the
