Does AAA charge electric cars?
I just bought an electric car. I’m wondering—if you run out of a charge while on the road, can AAA come charge you up?

! AAA does charge electric cars depending on where you live. Some metro areas in the U.S. have limited AAA mobile charging services—so you’d have to check with AAA to be sure. For instance, in August 2021, AAA announced it would be offering a mobile EV charging pilot program in Buffalo and Syracuse, NY. The service is available Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. for select electric vehicles in the area.
Mobile EV charging from AAA is also available in the Portland metro area. The mobile charging provides the vehicle with 10 miles of range

Contact AAA to see if it’s available in your area. If you do drive an electric vehicle and do happen to run out of charge while driving, AAA can tow your car to the nearest charging station.
